At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Product
Place the item in its original packaging along with the invoice and ensure all brand tags remain attached.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will visit your address within 24-48 hours to collect the package.
Quality Check and Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
